WALT: Make three sea creatures using google drawings 

Our task was to create sea creatures using shapes and the polyline tool in google drawing. I created a green turtle, purple fish and a orange ocutpus. It was very fun using different colors to creat this picture. Something I found hard was making everything the same size but to fix that I copied and pasted the shapes so they were equal.

Our challenge was to create a city digitally using a website called citycreator.com , There were a few citys to choose from and I picked the Retro one. It was really fun making little people and building roads. Something I found hard was putting the buildings next to each other so they would stand.

WALT: Create a cartoon/image using google drawing and the polyline tool.

This week our challenge for our cybersmart lesson was to choose an image and use google drawing and the polyline tool to trace the imagne to create a cartoon version of our picture. I choose someone from one of my favorite bands and traced him. One thing i found hard was trying to trace the smaller parts of the image and I enjoyed using different colour to make up my cartoon.

For a task we had to make our own website. I created heaps of funny memes using google sites and meme genorator. It was really fun finding funny pictures to go with your meme. I think it went very well because I made heaps of memes that people liked.

WALT: Use spreadsheet to budget money

I made a pie chart using spreedsheets to find out how much all the things adults pay for like , food, rent, power, petrol ect. would cost weekeley , monthly and annually. I found of the percentage for each one. It was kind of hard to find out the total using the shortcuts but I did it. It was fun to put the data in the chart and see which one costed the most.

WALT: Create a cartoon using google drawings using shapes and png images.

I created a cartoon of my last teacher walking her dog. I used shapes, png images and the cutting tool to get the right shape. I enjoyed using cool paterns for her dress. I struggled to find the face that matched my teacher so I used a blank face and put the eyes,glasses and lips seperatly.

 

Use google drawings to make a poster

I learned to use google drawing to create a poster about me, i used my Pepeha to introduce my mountain, river, family, boat and marae.

I was a little challenging to try and fit all the words with the blue box but i did it in the end.

I think next time i would save the photo and not screenshot it.
